The experience is hosted at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, and your accommodations are complimentary with your invitation — we’ll take care of the reservation and send you the details after you RSVP. Fly into Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR); it’s a short distance from the resort, and you’ll arrange your own transportation from the airport to the hotel.
Business casual for sessions and the hospital tour. The setting is a relaxed coastal resort, so comfortable attire is encouraged for receptions and free time.

Transportation to and from the River Oaks Animal Hospital tour is provided for attendees. Getting from the airport to the hotel is on your own — Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is a short distance from the resort. Details will be shared ahead of the event.
