Job Title: Director of HR

Years in the Industry:   I worked construction for two summers when I was in high school.  It was a great experience, but my thumb could not take the constant beatings, so I joined the military.  While in the military, I worked in an organization that supported military construction operations, so I have been providing Human Resources support to those who work construction for many years.

Joined TWC Team: February 29th, 2016

Favorite Part of the Industry:  The team approach to completing a project, and making the customers dreams come true.  Above all, the people who dedicate their lives to quality craftsmanship and take pride in producing a great product for the customer, their legacy lives on in every building they created.

Hobbies: Currently my hobby is going to school.  I have been going to school at night for the past few years, but before school I was a runner and triathlete.  I have completed 15+ marathons, a few Ragnar relays, Fans 24 hour race, and an Ironman Triathlon.  After graduation, in August 2016, I plan on making the transition back to an active lifestyle.

Key Job Skills: I enjoy challenges and working with people to fix problems.  I understand that most people do not like the dreaded “paperwork” and I try to make the process as painless as possible.  I am passionate about improving processes using lean principals, and finding the best candidates to make the team stronger.
