Osage Animal Hospital in Osage, MO was another memorable TWC project. “For over 20 years, I’ve been dreaming of designing and building my own animal hospital that is a reflection of our personalities. We collect antiques and farm equipment and would like my antique tractor and threshing machine to be on display near the new building resembling an old barn or farmhouse with a porch. On the 18 acres I own, I would like the new hospital to have the feel of a destination – a place that’s fun to visit, interesting, and more relaxed than a sterile environment,” Dr. Jay Kirkpatrick Taking these “dreams” into consideration, TWC designed a facility that reflects not only their personalities and the surrounding State Park scenery, but also their desire to provide clients with a modern environment that is progressive in medicine and services. TWC incorporated five exam rooms, double table surgery suite, a quad table treatment area, a separate dental suite, 38 dog runs with 10 being luxury boarding including webcams, eight cat condos, a grooming area, stamped concrete throughout, and stone masonry with barn style sliding doors and exposed sliding hardware.
